The Challenge

The finished rigid boxes experienced corner damage during transportation.

Structural & Material Solution

EPE corner protection, a PE bag and a five-layer corrugated outer carton were added, and a drop test was used to review the shipping configuration.

Key Improvement

The packaging system was optimized beyond the retail box to include the transport configuration.

Quality Control

Checks covered corner condition, surface appearance, protective packing and the shipping test used for the project.
